Three New Dog Parks are Coming to the Neighborhood!
However, the Chicago Park District does not support the upkeep of dog parks. It’s up to us as a community to do so. Please join BARC as a member to keep our dog parks feeling like new, clean, and well supplied. Details are below. If you are ready to sign up jump to the bottom.
What Does My Membership Do?
100% of membership funds go to dog park maintenance. They pay for dog bags, power cleaning supplies, signs, park upgrades, and other maintenance needs to keep our neighborhood dog parks in good condition. BARC is run by volunteers.
Is My Contribution Tax Deductible?
Yes. The Bronzeville Association for Recreation with Canines is setup as a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status and is in good standing with the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and Federal Government (IRS).
What Are the Membership Options?
Full: $40 annual
Supporting: $85 annual – If you can give a little more
Lifetime: $750 one-time (once & done – see special sign up at bottom of page)
Small Business: $150 annual
Corporate: $500 annual
